Our gated apartment community offers a peaceful, and comfortable environment for long-term rental.

Situated across two adjoining properties, each apartment building is thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and convenience. Every unit features one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with a private verandah where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Tenants also benefit from convenient on-site parking. .

How to Get Started?

  • Step 1 - Contact Us to Check Availability

    To begin the process of renting one of our apartments, send us a message on WhatsApp at (876) 884-7206. We'll let you know what's available and guide you through the next steps.

  • Step 2 - Answer a few screening questions.

    Complete a short screening questionnaire to help us determine whether the apartment is a suitable match based on the landlord's rental criteria, saving you time before scheduling a viewing.

  • Step 3 - Book a Viewing

    If your screening indicates that the apartment is a good fit, you'll be invited to schedule a viewing. Viewings are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, subject to unit availability.

Tenant Eligibility Criteria

Valid Government-Issued ID

Tenant must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification.

Must Be Gainfully Employed

Applicants must be employed, demonstrating they can comfortably afford the rent.

Occupancy Limits

The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment which is best suited for 2 Adults & 1 Child.

Move-In Requirements

All required documents, payments, and agreements must be completed before keys are issued and occupancy begins.

Security Deposit & First Month’s Rent

Successful applicants must be able to pay in-full the required security deposit and first month’s rent before moving in.

Property Rules

Applicants must agree to follow the property’s policies  to help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Pet Policy

Absolutely No Pets Allowed! The shared community space is not suitable to accommodate pets.

Lawful Conduct

All residents and guests must comply with local laws. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on property.

Use of the Premises

The apartment is to be used solely for residential purposes and may not be used for commercial or unauthorized business activities.

Utilities

You have to put the JPS Account in your name to pay your own bill

Water included for domestic use. You'd have to source your own drinking water.

How to get there?

Taking A Taxi: Taxies are located behind the post office at clock. Ask for a taxi going to Potosi (pronounced put -osi). Let the driver know you are going by the apartments at Potosi after you past the lumber yard.
